What can I expect to pay for a wedding cake?
Our wedding cakes start at $2.75 per serving for the basics.   The final price will be determined by the style of cake, number of servings, labor involved and the materials & ingredients necessary to create it. 

Additional expenses may be incurred if you would like to order a custom made cake board; have us order fresh flowers for your cake; or if we need to purchase any additional pieces for your cake.

How far in advance do I need to order a wedding cake?
We reserve wedding dates 1 month and out.

May I taste your cakes before reserving the date with you?
Absolutely!   When you and your Fiancée, or guest, come for your Wedding Cake Consultation, we will present you with a number of our cakes and buttercreams to sample.  We request that only three people total come for consultations, as we have found, the more people involved, the less cake work gets done!  We do charge for our tastings and the fee is put towards your order should you decided to choose Bella's to prepare your wedding day desserts.  Payment is due prior to your appointment, and is non-refundable if tasting is canceled, but can be put towards one rescheduled appointment if appointment is canceled at least 24 hours prior to our meeting.  We perform tastings weekdays and Saturdays.  Please click this link to our Wedding Cake Questionnaire, and submit prior to your tasting.  If you should need to reschedule, or cancel, we ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours in advance, due to us having to prepare your tasting specially for you.

Do I have to make a deposit to reserve my wedding date?  If so, how much is it and can I get a refund, if necessary?
Yes, you will need to make a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your wedding date.  We will base your deposit on the total quoted amount.  We ask that you be absolutely certain that you would like to work with us, as all deposits are non-refundable.  We accept cash or checks.  All orders must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to your wedding. 

Do you deliver your cakes?
We can deliver cakes throughout  Southeast Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Northern Delaware, and Northern Maryland.   Fees are based on time and mileage round trip.  Orders over $850, and within 60 miles of Honey Brook are free!  Orders over $100, and within 10 miles of Honey Brook are delivered free!

Do you ship wedding cakes?
Sorry, we do not ship cakes, but we do ship wedding favor cookies, as well as some of our other desserts.
